Manufacturers service support

 

Level 1 Support:

The level one support is available at spareparts@ultratroc.com or under phone 0049 461 949 144. This service is free of charge. We have increased the number of staff available for routine questions and problems as well as spare parts inquiries. They can also provide standard technical and operational data sheets, wiring diagrams, spare-parts and operation manuals i.e.

Level 2 Support:

The level two support is available at service@ultratroc.com or under phone number 0049 461 949 140 and under phone number 0049 461 949 282 (electrical problems). 2nd Level phone support costs are 250,00 Euro per incident. For onsite support we charge the daily technicians rates (see attached prices list for service activities). Level two support covers more seldom and complicated issues both as electrical and mechanical problems. And issue not solved through level two support team will be treated as level 3 support as below.

Level 3 Support:

The level three support is available at service@ultratroc.com or under phone number 0049 461 949 122 and under phone number 0049 461 949 282 (electrical problems). 3rd Level phone support costs are 500,00 Euro per incident. For onsite support we charge the daily technicians rates (see attached prices list for service activities). Level three offers high level specialist support for the most complicated issues with attendance of members of each of our departments.
